How it works

The vest helps the car seat belt to be positioned so that it passes through the correct route on the child's body, i.e. collarbone and hip. This way your child will be well supported and comfortable, the seat belt will not get in the way of the neck and you will prevent them from using the seat belt incorrectly.

Who can use it?

RideSafer is certified and tested for use with children from 2 years old to 12 years old or older, depending on the age, person and needs of each family. Please note that the child must meet all age, weight and height requirements in order to use it.

Who certifies it?

Ride Safer vests are designed and patented in the USA to meet all requirements of FMVSS213 (standard governing testing for child restraint systems). Unlike other carseats or portable vests, these have been crash tested and passed.

International use

RideSafer can be used as a car seat in the United States and all countries that adhere to the American standard for child restraint systems. In the case of countries that adhere to the European standard, such as the entire European Union, Australia and other countries in Asia, you can only use it if you are a tourist.
