How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If the product is available in the store, shipping will take place within 24 to 72 business hours after purchase. Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 days for standard shipping.
Some pre-order products initially show an approximate delivery time. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to logistics and import issues. In these cases, we will notify the customer of the incident. By placing a pre-order, you accept that there may be delays in delivery. However, we will strive to deliver the product on the date promised on the product page.
Do the products have a warranty?
All our products are guaranteed. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return them. Products from the strollers, carseats and high chairs section must be registered directly on the brand's website to make their guarantee valid. Check your product manual for all aspects related to guarantees. In any case, if your product has any defects, write to us so we can help you with the claim process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Toys and games products are manufactured once you place your order. Manufacturing time varies depending on the product. Delivery time varies depending on the destination. As these are high-volume products, transit time is usually longer than regular delivery (4 to 8 business days). There are cases where the courier considers your address to be an extended area, in which case the packages may take longer to arrive. Do they have a warranty?
All our games and toys are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and damage. The time varies depending on the product.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
All our products travel insured. When you receive the package, check the general condition of the product and packaging before accepting it. If you notice any damage, please notify us and the courier immediately, so that we can make the corresponding claim to the courier. Likewise, send us photographs of the damage and a description to our email hola@pingalostore.com within a period of no more than 24 hours. So that we can proceed with the replacement or repair of your product.
It is very important that you notify us so that we can act immediately, otherwise the process may become more complicated. Pingaló Babies and kids is not responsible for damages in transit if they are not reported within 24 hours (If you receive your product on Friday or Saturday, you will have until Monday to make the claim).

What are your payment methods?
You can make your payments with debit card, credit card, and SPEI. We accept all credit cards, and we offer interest-free months when making your purchase through Paypal and Mercado Pago. For your peace of mind, Paypal and Mercado Pago offer buyer protection.
How do interest-free months work?
You can make your purchase in interest-free installments or select the credit card payment option. When you finish your purchase, you will be redirected to the payment screen where the option will appear. Interest-free installments may be made as long as payment is made by credit card, and commissions or discounts may apply at the discretion of Pingaló Babies and Kids.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
If you already have a PayPal account, just enter your account details to make the purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, the payment window at the end will redirect you to Paypal to fill in your card details. It's easy, fast and safe.
